Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies.
Independent Contractors
Each therapist operates as an independent contractor and manages their own schedule. Late cancellations, changes, or missed appointments directly impact their income and availability.
Card on File Requirement
A valid debit or credit card is required to book and reserve all appointments.
- This applies to ALL clients, including those paying with cash.
- We use Vagaro as our secure online booking and payment platform. Vagaro utilizes encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing to protect your financial information. Card numbers are securely stored and not visible or accessible to staff, ensuring your privacy and protection.
- Cards are kept on file solely to enforce this cancellation and no-show policy.
- Refusal to provide card information will result in inability to book an appointment.
Cancellation Notice
- 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
- Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without contacting us will be considered a no-show.
- 100% of the service fee will be charged
- Future services may be denied until the balance is paid
Couples Massage
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling
- Cancellations within 24 hours or same-day are subject to the policies above.
