Meet Jen B – Owner of Body and Soul – Massage Therapist

Jen B is an independent contractor operating within our facility.

Meet Jen B! Jen is a graduate of the 2021 class of Body and Soul Massage School. Jen was first drawn to massage therapy when she was a young teenager but lived a lot of life before starting school. In 2023 a unique opportunity presented itself to buy Body and Soul Massage Center. Jen, embracing both openness and compassion, chose to acquire Body and Soul to carry forward the legacy established by Jana and Jennifer G in earlier years.

Jen is passionate about the art of bodywork. Jen is a charismatic therapist, and it shows with every client. Being able to give to others compassionately and intuitively through the healing arts is what Jen loves most. She is fascinated by how the body works together and as a whole and she helps each of her clients to be able to continue that work for themselves off the massage table as well. Jen wears her heart on her sleeve and makes sure her clients feel like family when they leave her care. In her free time, Jen enjoys being with family and friends, reading, taking long drives, spending time outdoors, caring for her dogs and cats, working as director of engagement at Comfort Care Homes for people with dementia, and volunteering in the Wichita community.

 

Meet Janna- Founder of Body and Soul Massage – Massage Therapist and Reiki Master

Janna is an independent contractor operating within our facility.

Janna is the matriarch of the Body and Soul business that was founded in 1999. Through her dedication and intuitive practices with body work and healing, Janna has received a Master’s in Reiki and started and taught at the Body and Soul School of Massage which operated for 20 years before being retire in 2023. Janna continues to practice massage therapy because she knows what a true difference it makes with each of her clients. Janna’s profound knowledge of both body and soul enables her to be able to work with clients in a way that helps them feel rejuvenated and fully relaxed after their sessions. She has a powerful, healing, and nurturing touch that will leave an imprint o you long after the session is over. She is truly a force of nature. Outside of bodywork, Janna’s passions are her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 

Meet Jennifer G – Massage Therapist

Jennifer is an independent contractor operating within our facility.

Jennifer has been a part of Body and Soul for more than 20 years. She attended Milwaukee Massage School , earning her massage license. Jennifer moved back home to Kansas in 2003 to be closet to family and open Body and Soul Massage School with Janna in 2004.  Jennifer has a niche for knowing exactly want her clients need and how to help them in their therapeutic journey. Jennifer’s compassionate nature exudes through her work on the human body and that helps her to connect with each client. She is firm and gentle all packed into one. In her spare time Jennifr enjoys watching her children play sprots, family vacations to remote areas with hiking trails and gardening.

 

Meet Jess – Massage Therapist

Jess is an independent contractor operating within our facility.

Jess is a graduate of the Body and Soul Massage School. Class of 2022! Jess is a nurturing and kindhearted therapist. Jesse loves to educate her clients while in session to help them better understand their body and how to continue the healing outside of massage therapy period Jess will make you feel like a friend and not a client by the time your session is over. She loves to connect with people and has found a way to do that intentionally through body work period she is a gentle spirit, and you will feel calm in her room the minute you enter. She feels her best and fully connected when she is near water and works with a flow like the oceans and rivers when she is doing body work and each client feels it. In Jess’ spare time she enjoys being with her family, taking art classes and workshops, knitting, sewing, spinning yard, anything artsy, she’s there for it!

 

Meet Sam – Massage Therapist

Sam is an independent contractor operating within our facility.

Sam is a graduate of the Body and Soul Massage School, Class of 2022, and has been a massage therapist here since she got her massage license. Sam is a very nurturing and quiet spirit. Clients are greeted with a serene and tranquil atmosphere as soon as they step into Sam’s room.  Sam’s ability to connect with her clients is a testament to her spirit and her intention with every message she gives. She is a bright light in this world, and she shares it with each of her clients. Sam excels in her profession and is a wonderful therapist.  In Sam’s spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing string instruments, reading, and drinking coffee!

 

Meet Aster – Massage Therapist

Aster is an independent contractor operating within our facility.

Aster graduated with an Associates of Occupational Science from Wellspring School of Allied Health. He has been working as a massage therapist since 2022. If you are reading this, drop your shoulders! Aster holds that there is a profound link between the mind and body and encourages us to value both equally.  He seeks to help you find balance and peace and learn how to listen to what your body is trying to tell you. Aster works well with each of his clients to help connect the whole person and to help them find healing on and off the table. He is a calm and balanced soul that welcomes you in the minute you meet him. We are thrilled to have him at Body and Soul!
