Swedish massage begins with a relaxing massage oil applied to your skin. Then, with various massage strokes, your muscles are warmed and worked to relieve tension and break up knots. Depending on your therapist’s personal style, the massage can be slow and tender or spirited and invigorating. If you feel you would like a deeper, more intense massage, you may want to schedule a Deep Tissue Massage.

Before your massage starts, tell your therapist about areas of tension and any areas of pain, so they can tailor your personal massage.
